Aisha Jamila Hinds is a famous American actress. Her fame is due to the roles she played in TV series The Shield, and True Blood. The versatility of her character has been shown through TV shows such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 8-7 and Under the Dome since she began her career acting in the year 2003. First noticed in 2005 for her role as Anna that was as part of Assault on Precinct 13 The first time she was recognized was for her role in the 2005 biographical documentary All the Way. Hind also earned high praise for her performance as Harriet Tubman in WGN America's drama period series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the show for the third season. Hind finished filming in the last few days for the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The film is scheduled to release in the middle of 2019. Her father Krishnaraj, who was an Army Scientist, who passed away on March 18, 2017, and her mother Vrinda are both housewives. Aditya Rai, the older brother is a merchant marine engineer. His brother wrote and produced Dil Ka Rishta, along with his mother. The family moved to Mumbai and she was a student at Arya Vidya Mandir. Jai Hind College was her the last institution of intermediate prior to her joining D.G. Ruparel College in Matunga where she received a 90% score in the H.S.C. exams. In her adolescence, she studied ballet and music for five years. Her favorite subject was Zoology. Bachchan studied architecture when she was awarded the title of Miss World 1994. This title pushed her into the modeling industry's speed track. In addition, she was offered the lucrative offer from L'Oreal Paris as spokesmodel in 2003. Bachchan had a popular acting career with her roles in Iruvar (1997 and Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997). Bachchan rose to prominence in the New Bollywood because both films transformed the Bollywood film structure to the upside. Bachchan was crowned the king of Bollywood due to her heartbreaking performance as Paro in the film Devdas. She plays an unfaithful love interest for the character of Paro in Devdas (2002) which is one of Bollywood's most popular films. Devdas also happened to become the first Bollywood film shown at Cannes Film Festival. She received great praise for her role in Chokher Bali (2003), a dramatic film based on Rabindranath Tagore's book. The actress became the first Indian actor to be a part of the jury for Cannes Film Festival that same year. Bachchan was on the screen in Gurinder Chatha's Bride and Prejudice. It was a dance and musical version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. That was when Bachchan added her star-power as well as beauty into her first major English-language film. In the months before releasing Provoked: A True Story 2006 in English, she went back to Bollywood to play the lead role in Dhoom: 2 (2006 smash success). In April 2007, she got married Abhishek Bachchan, a regular co-star as well as the daughter of Bollywood great Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage which brought together two of India's greatest people.
